Sound bath meditations are a great way to unplug from the fast activity that can often be the reality of life and shift to a slower pace. Sound frequencies can slow down the brainwaves by shifting from the more active (beta) state to a more relaxed (delta) or deep meditation or dreamlike (theta) state.
All that you are required to do is lie down and be comfortable. Bring a pillow, blanket, open mind and relax to the sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan singing bowls, the Chinese Wind Gong and Sun Gong.
