You are warmly invited to join my Monday evening Yin yoga community class . This will be our final class before Christmas and is a donation based Yin and Sound session. This event will be 1.5 hours and consists of 60 mins Yin yoga practice followed by a 30 minute Sound Bath

Bring with you a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, eye pillow or scarf.
