Celebrating our 1st birthday! Its been one year since our Community Yin class started in Orpington
To celebrate I will be hosting a Yin and Sound event which will be donation based to a charity of your choice. Join me for some deep relaxing stretches followed by an immersion to the sounds of the Tibetan singing bowls and Chinese gongs.
Bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, jumper, socks and wear comfy clothing. You must message me to book your mat space.
There will be 22 spaces with priority to regulars attendees of this class.
