Join me for our community sound journey where I will immerse you in beautiful sounds that can bring a nurturing energy to our whole being. Sound bath meditations are a great way to unplug from the fast activity that can often be the reality of life and shift to a slower pace. Sound frequencies can help slow down the brainwaves by shifting from the more active (beta) state to a more relaxed (delta) or deep meditation or dreamlike (theta) state.
I will begin the session with a guided meditation to prepare the mind and body to receive the sounds and vibrations from the different instruments that I will play.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Bring a yoga mat or other soft mat to lie on plus a pillow, blanket and eye mask ( or scarf to cover the eyes ). Come with an open mind and open heart to receive the sounds of the singing bowls and gongs.
These sessions are not suitable if you are in your first trimester of pregnancy
