Monday evening Community yoga class. Suitable for beginners. Yin yoga is a slow and meditative practise with postures held for extended periods between 2-5 mins. This allows us to access the opening of deep connective tissues. Benefits include healthy mobility , flexibility, circulation, encourages calming of the mind. This practise complements the yang side of our lives - the very active, busy, dynamic aspect of life.

Monthly Community Sound Bath Meditations. Take time out and be immersed in the sounds and vibrations of the Tibetan bowls and Chinese Sun Gong. Bring a yoga mat, pillow, eye pillow, blanket.
